An example of a tracker can be found in Appendix 1 The more

trainings you run, the more you will have the need for a tracker.

The paperwork you will need will include: photo consent forms, a
risk assessment, feedback forms, any handouts you want to give out

and a register of participants. It may be easier to have all this
digitally. You can find a register on Eventbrite, you can send a link
for feedback and get participants to sign a digital consent form.

Having said that, it is probably most efficient to have a paper
feedback form as the participants are fresh from the training and

more likely to fill it in than if there is a link they need to click on at a
later time. The more feedback you gather and read, the better you
can make your trainings in the future.

You should also take lots of photos of the training. These will be very

useful for marketing materials, reporting to funders and for a record
of what worked and what didn't. You should seek permission and be

careful to not include anybody who doesn't want to be
              photographed.

After the training, it is important to review how it went. This will
mainly be driven by the feedback and your own insights to how it

went. You will want to focus on the venue, the timings the number of
participants and anything else which stood out. It may take 3 or 4 (or

more) times of running a training event to get the 'winning formula'.

Examples of training lesson plans can be found at Appendix 2
