Repairer A has completed one job and is working on the second
Repairer B is working on their first job
Repairer C has completed a textile job and is available
Repairer D has finished and is available
Repairer E is working on a job.
This system might not work for you, but it is useful to record who comes
in, and which repairer is available as you go through the event. Where
possible have one person responsible solely for managing this, as it gets
incredibly hectic at busy times. You may also want to have bookable slots
at half an hour to 45 minutes each to allow for smoother customer
management.
After the Event
Read and log the feedback. This will show you what works well and what
needs to be improved.
Accurately log the weights and types of items repaired/not
repaired/partially repaired if this is something you need to do. At a
minimum, log the weights of items repaired as it is good marketing data.
