Transition Stirling is an environmental charity committed to:

  • Raising awareness of the implications of climate change and peak oil

  • Supporting our community to become more self-reliant in areas such as food and energy
  • Reducing landfill waste and greenhouse gas emissions

We have operated a tool sharing library since 2016, as well as doing repairs, wood reuse projects, redistributing food from grocery stores that would other wise go into waste processing, and most recently in 2020 starting a reuse hub to divert household items from waste processing.
